Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom Orders: Please note that custom-manufactured or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@premiumcraftmfg.com with your order details. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items returned in a condition that is not in original form, missing parts, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@premiumcraftmfg.com with your order information, and we will arrange an exchange if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders and personalized items.
- Items purchased on clearance or during a sale.
- Worn, damaged, or altered items (unless a manufacturing defect is present).
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for production. Once your order has been confirmed and moved into the manufacturing stage, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
